FAQ
Any food restrictions during course?
Non vegetarian food ( eggs, meat etc ), alcohol, recreational drugs, sweets and coffee SHOULD NOT be consumed during the two days of the course.
Is this course religious?
Reiki is not a religious but a spiritual experience. You can follow your religious practices as usual. ( No changes, same as before)
Can this course be done during periods?
Reiki learning can be done during periods. it should help with cramps and irritability. (No changes, same as before)
Will the course material be provided?
Course material will be provided during the course and Certificate is awarded at the end of the course.
Is distance healing possible after level 1 completion?
No, Distance healing is possible only after completing level 2 course of Reiki.
Will I be able to give healing to others?
Yes, on completion of the course you will be able to give healings to others by touch.
Will the course have any physical exertion?
The course does not have physical exertion, but you can consult the Reiki Master of the course to clear any doubts.
Is food provided during the course?
Yes. There are tea and lunch breaks that are provided and food is provided for consumption. You do not need to carry water as hot/cold and room temperature water is available at the Center.
What should we wear during the course?
Loose and/or comfortable clothing is recommended for the course as you need to sit cross legged for extended durations during the course.
